Last week I got my Happy Block baby quilt done and the binding fairy finished it up. I am happy with it and I'm sure some baby somewhere will love it. I will donate it somewhere.......Last weekend we took a trip to Co. Bluffs for my uncle's 61st surprise B-day party. It really was a surprise!!! We had a great time and I got to see my cousin Mike and the rest of the family.
Monday we got a call from my other side of the family, Grandma Wilson was not doing well so I packed up my mom and took her down. Three days of waiting and wondering before it was over and the funeral is Saturday.
I am now on my way to pick up a kid from school, he's sick. I have a quilt to do for someone else and I am going to make a quilt for the casket...........

Such a simple pattern but with that cute fabric and your eye for colour it really turned out great :)
So sorry to read about your grandmother. The quilt you made was lovely.
